Yayoi Kusama’s Infinity Mirrored Room — Brilliance of the Souls is back by popular demand! The popular installation will be on view in a new area inside the Museum. Infinity Mirrored Room is a series of installation created by Yayoi Kusama to depict a borderless reality. Infinity is a key concept within Kusama’s oeuvre.
Note: this installation includes a dark room and LED lights. Visitors discretion advised.
The installation will be exhibited in conjunction with Museum MACAN's 'Pointing to the Synchronous Windows' exhibition.
Visiting Rules
Visitors are expected to follow the queuing system that has been provided;
Kindly take turns while entering the installation. The maximum capacity in the installation is two adults or two adults and one child. Bigger groups are expected to take turns;
People with mobility aids (wheelchairs, walkers, etc.) may follow the guidance from museum’s officer;
Respect the time limit given by the museum’s officer;
Children are required to be accompanied by parents/guardians;
Strollers are prohibited inside the installation. Parents are recommended to carry their children while visiting the installation;
Water bottles, food, or big backpacks are prohibited inside the installation. The items can be kept temporarily with our museum officer;
Visitors are only able to stand in the designated area;
Touching the mirrors and the lamps are prohibited;
For a safe and pleasant experience, visitors are required to wear face masks at all times, including while taking photos/selfies.
