  • Plan the day and time of your visit. Museum MACAN is open with 25% visitors capacity and entry will now be timed with three (3) daily slots every every Tuesday to Sunday. Please come according to the time stated in your ticket, and you can spend as much time in the Museum for the day.

  • Children under 12 years old are REQUIRED to show their proof of vaccination and accompanied by a parent/guardian with PeduliLindung access or other certificate. Only parents with the GREEN or YELLOW category on the PeduliLindungi application are allowed to visit the museum

  • Unvaccinated children ARE ALLOWED to enter the museum with the guidance of their vaccinated parents (must show GREEN or Yellow category on the app).

  • MACAN Society members, Patrons and Corporate Members, and Education Members are also required to book visiting slots.

  • Book your tickets online, or through our ticketing partners (Traveloka | Tiket.com | Got-Tix | Klook). We will only provide onsite tickets in limited numbers.

  • When ordering your ticket, you will be asked to provide your personal information (e.g., full name and contact number). This information will be used as anticipation when needed. This procedure is required by the government for visiting public places.

  • The Museum is working with VIDApass and PeduliLindungi. You are required to scan the PeduliLindungi QR Code provided at the entrance and exit, and to check your body temperature upon entering the Museum area. Only visitors with the GREEN (have been vaccinated twice, including booster) and YELLOW (have been vaccinated twice) category on the PeduliLindungi application are allowed to visit the museum.

  • All visitors and the Museum's staffs are required to wear face masks around the museum (except when actively eating or drinking at the Public Area).

  • Our Cloakroom will be closed. For your convenience, while enjoying art in the gallery, we encourage you to bring a bag that is no larger than A4 paper in size.

If you have been feeling unwell prior to your visit, please consider planning to come at another time by sending us e-mail to info@museummacan.org.
