Explore Images, Crafting Storytelling is part of the Museum MACAN Children’s Art Space public program—Ruth Marbun: Beradu Padu. 

How can a set of images turn into so many different stories? In this workshop, children will experiment to create their very own picture story with collective crafting and their own personal creativity. Guided by Ruth Marbun and the Museum MACAN Education team, each child will respond to the Beradu Padu artworks, transforming them into expressive visual narratives in a book form.

Throughout the workshop, children will discover how shared visuals can give diverse interpretations and personal storytelling. The session will conclude with a sharing session and storytelling, where each child presents their final works, creating a space to listen, appreciate, and celebrate stories beyond imaginations.
